I'd stick with the 346 with the Radix. Lots of boost and gets the best use of that supercharger. But if you think you might want to go bigger later.... theres no replacement for displacement

I'll be a 364 now. I'd like to stay somewhat concervative with the funds since it is just the tow truck for the race car.

Curious... don't mean to hijack the thread but...

Where/how did you mount the big intercooler? Any problems with the meth and the Radix?

The intercooler hx uses some of the radix brackets and some of my own that I fabbed. I havn't had any problems with the meth with the radix but I havn't looked inside it either. I haven't lost any boost. Here is a pic of the intercooler.

This my original post about it. You may find some of the info useful if you sift through the crap.

I'd forgotten all about that thread. I'd like to buy a Hx from you.

Ok. I'm about to confuse everyone but I'm leaning torwards the 346 now. There is a serious lack of off the shelf pistons for the LSX motors. I want to save the 6.0 block for the 81 vette and build it to a 438ci. (4.125 x 4.100) I just don't want to sink huge cash into the truck right now and I can get some Mahle pistons that will give me around 9.0:1 and only weigh 376g. The lighter weight pistons will really help make the stock rods last longer. Not to mention with the 346 I'll still be able to push some good boost
