Here's some concerns of mine with turboing the truck:

Will the transmission/transfer case work?

Also what about the front differential?

Yes and yes.Your tranny may live for a bit but maybe not with those miles. 4l60 e's sometimes do and many times not for long. Transgo hd and a 'vette servo is your only hope. Transfer case and front diff. no problem. Absolutely LOVE your sig!
