Default 2004 silverado sinister racecraft turbo

new to the forum as a member but I have been searching them for months here but I had some last minute questions.

lets start off with the truck its a 2004 Silverado RCSB 4x4 z71. its got the 5.3L, 4l60e(for now will be going with a 4l80e), it has factory 4.10 gears. as the truck sits its bone stock as I am currently deployed over seas in the army. but I have started my build as far as purchasing parts. this is the list of what I am going to be going with, but I am open to all suggestions!

sinister racecraft turbo kit:
on3 78mm turbo(-10an drain,-4an feed)
schedule 40 mild steel turbo log
stainless steel crossover
aluminum cold side
4" core intercooler
godspeed 44mm wastegate
godspeed 50mm bov
3" down pipe

torn between the btr stage 1 and stage 2 turbo cams(input appreciated)
the btr spring kit
new timing gear and chain
ls9 head gaskets
ngk tr6 plugs
summit racing 8.5mm wires with heat boots
aem truboost controller
aem wideband
2" lowering keys for frontend
2" lowering shackles and remove 2" lift blocks in the rear
walbro 450 fuel pump/ hot wire kit
converting to return style fuel system:
-8an feed and stock feed as return
ebay fuel rails (suggestions on which ones)
80lb hr fuel injectors (suggestions)
fuel lab fpr (p/n 51502-1)
fuel lab in line filter (p/n 81802-1)
t4 turbo blanket

I don't know if I am missing anything else. my goals are going to be 600 rear wheel horse power(after I install the 4l80e) my tuner is very familiar with tuning the ls platform for boost. he has a turbo 6.0 in a grand national.

I am looking for help if you have input don't hesitate to comment!
thanks in advance guys when I get home I will be starting a build thread
with lots of pics!

sounds like you have everything covered. Add head studs to your list... maybe even new trays and lifters since you'll be in there already.

choda, I forgot that in the list. I have to get home and figure out what head studs I need I know in 04 about half way through they had two different kinds and I need to actually get in there and see which ones I have... I haven't figured out a way to figure it out with out starting to tear it down yet.

You'd probably be better off with a set of Siemens or FIC injectors. And for the cam just call them up see which one they would recommend. I'd probably lean towards the stage one.
