an nv3500 is only rated at 300ft lbs. I would swap to something different as well

 

From what I've gathered, LS9 gaskets, head studs, cam, pushrods, valve springs, rocker trunion upgrade, NNBS/TBSS intake, 90mm tb, KB or trick hot pipes, BW turbo, meth inj, 4L80E, true trac, gears, mild stall, injectors (bigger than you think you need), BIG pump or duals, and SPOT ON TUNING . . . that will get you more than enough.

I forget anything? Please, experienced pros correct me if I am wrong/missed anything.

Do the LS9 head gasket just go right in or do they have to be modified?

 

I've build 100 or so sets of hot pipes!

They just bolt right in, got them in my truck
