Default 2 step?

Anybody using a 2 step on their turbo truck? Can you use a 2 step with cats? I need to find a way to heat my turbo at the track easier without having to do a burnout and wasting my tires.

The biggest down fall of the STS is the turbo and pipes cooling down in between runs at the track. When the turbo is cold you can't build boost off of the line.

Then again, my engine stayed cooler if I idled in the staging lanes down in florida...

Are you running slicks at the track? If so, you need to heat them up for traction. If you are using street tires at the track a 2-step will not help. You will have a big smoke show off the line.

Is the truck 4 wheel drive? I found that is I begain to brake stall around 1200 rpm a few runs before mine, it would heat the exhaust enough to build boost at the light...
