Default 112,122,tvs iats

The IAT's are very manageable with my current set up, but I want (need) more power. I'm at about 7psi now at wot, 6psi under heavy part throttle. I was going to pulley down to the 2.8 pulley but am worried about higher iats. Would the 122 pullied to give me the same boost as the 112 with a 2.8 (guessing 9-10 lbs) gain me that much of an iat advantage? Or should I not even bother and just go strait for the tvs? Also I thought I would avoid belt slip by going to the bigger blower with a bigger pulley.

The other factoid is that I rarely go wot, but rather use heavy, quick pokes of the throttle of 70% (hense the partial 6psi number above) up to maybe 4500-5000 rpm, then just go back to normal driving. I wonder if that would keep iats much lower on the older 112/12w if i pulley down?

This winter when it was below 0deg outside, A wot run got me to 7-8 psi in part throttle and my normal 6psi part throttle has never felt the same since.

Why don't you pulley down your current setup first and see how it is. I think you will like it with a few more psi! IATs will be higher of course but, check it out.

IATs are just a non issue with the TVS IMHO but, it's a lot cheaper to buy a pulley rather than a whole new blower.
