10psi on a 6.0L???

If you plan to tow with that make sure to put an EGT sensor in there. That is the main issue to worry about when towing. If you're running a 2 bar you can tune it for all boost levels for the most part. Run a nice boost controller and just back the peak boost down to 6psi or so when towing.
XLR8NSS, are you still using the VVT and the VVT timing table? That could cause some knock issue's at part throttle for you. Just a thought.

Not sure if this is useful or not but have been towing a 6500 lb travel trailer during the summers with my Maggied Denali for 4 years now (longest trip approx 500 miles in 100 degree heat). Max boost I achieve is 5 lbs (3.1 inch pulley). EGT at times up to 1600 when cranking it up a hill but most of time in 1200 to 1400 range cruising at 60mph or so.
So I think if keep boost under 6 as recommended when towing should be good to go.
Good luck. By the way, what are you 0-60 and 1/4 mile times with that turbo setup?

p.s. also have a 2 bar tune.

I have been running 10psi on my LQ4 for about three days now.LOL So far I am at 16.5 degrees of timing and no knock but I am spraying 2 625cc meth nozzles. I did a 8psi launch tonight and had the truck sideways in 4wd. Hopefully I will get it to the track soon. Good luck with your tune.
