Default 10psi on a 6.0L???

how many people are running 10psi on a 6.0L with out any problems??

im running a pt70gts front mount livernois setup through a free flowing 3" exhaust, 225/225 .581" .581" 113LSA cam 60LBS motrons with a in-tank walbro 255

we are about to go out to tune on a 2 bar map system and just wanted to know before we try and fail.

failing means more $$$ and i dont need this right now, lol

if tune is safe 10psi isnt nothign to wory about. just take time get tune right and dont go for max effort on the tune and youll live a long life

I run 9 on my 4.8 that is a DD. U will be fine with a good tune.

I wouldbe willing to bet power is being lost with 3 inch exhaust. IMHO

i have always stuck with 9psi(intercooled) on 91/92 octane pump gas. seems like knock kicks in above that and that is with conservative timing.

next step would be a 4" but i really like the drivability and the fact the 3" is really quiet

get a huge long muffler and should be quiet with 4'

we have tried to tune it before on a stk cam at 10psi with no luck, knock really bad but i did have a couple things wrong at the time like forgetting to more the iat sensor and i was still running a maf

dont know if the cam would help bleed off some cylinder pressure

im on 8psi and 16* timing no KR here. i think thats a happy medium for street
