Default 07 and Trick Trubo

We picked up an 07 Avalanche 5.3L and started installing the INTRO kit. So far all is great, the drip tray for the a/c is a little in the way, with very little touching the down pipe. Nothing big, and alittle tweeking moves it really easy. We started working on a water/air IC that should fit all 07 trucks. The kit really looks and fits nice in this body style. here are a couple of picks with the install so far.
Allen has been working on the PCM for me and should be getting it back next week.

Thats going to be nice. I really like the new Avalanche's. A turbo is just what they need too.

Air to water is works very well in limit space. Air to Air will also be worked on for this truck. a2w was our first choice.
Thanks for the kind words. The Avalanche 5.3 is not bad, but the turbo will really help it out.
Another thing is this air to water might be ableto be used on whipples, prochargers, etc.

How will you deal with the radiant heat from the turbine housing?
Even in normal driving in the hills, the turbine housing will be glowing red....

Why will it be glowing red from normal driving? If this were the case it would melt if you went WO.
