I just finished installing the on3 kit on a 2013 z71 ext cab, the up pipe from the left side won't clear the strut perch without massaging the pipe flat & cutting out a section of the strut perch ( 3/4 by 3/4" square chunk)..

the crossover pipe also had to be massaged flat to clear the right side frame/diff mount.. swaybar was hitting on the crossover pipe, still have to resolve this..

 

I ended up heating up cross over on header and putting small dent to clear strut tower and then ended up cutting pipe and rotating alittle and as far as cross over pipe hitting sway bar I made,aluminum 3/4 in spacers between frame and sb mounts. Get it done! :-)

 

Can you snap some pictures of how it looks if you don't mind, I'm trying to do my on 3on my nnbs but I have no idea how to rerun the cross over.thanks.

On3 is coming out with an nnbs kit in a few weeks if you can wait.

 

Really! I purchase my kit like a month ago and on 3 didn't tell me nothing about them workin on the nnbs kit
