Default 07+ on3 turbo kit

has any one else received their kit and had the time to install it yet.

i am having a problem figuring out how the intercooler piping is ran (instructions arent the best). but i feel like i might be missing a piece of pipe or i am just looking at the piping wrong. wondering if anyone has pictures of all the pieces of piping for the kits they received?

i have emailed them but it was late yesterday afternoon so probably wont be getting a reply till monday.

i think you will have hard time with the y-pipe ,

then mount the IC from there you have to be creative i guess .

i have had a couple set backs (not due to the kit) so i have actually not had time to start the install.

I have an 02 2500HD with the LQ4 6.0 and the on3performance 78mm kit and let me say it is a pain to get installed (I have pipe bumpers/intercooler piping sucks). Anyhow the power I have gained so far is amazing (my first turbo setup) I dyno'd stock motor at 283 RWHP and with the turbo at 7psi I am at 405 RWHP.. I wanted to go to 14 psi but crank case pressure blew the front seal out at 11 psi so I put it back in turned it down to 7 and she is holding good! If I knew how to post pictures I would or if you message me your email I can email them to you.

If you have enough crank case pressure to push a seal out then you probably don't have the PCV setup right.

Did you disconnect the hose from the pass drivers side valve cover to the throttle body?

The TB port needs to be capped and then a vent to NA put on the Valve cover port.

Thanks for the offer man, but I'm trying to decide on the 07-13 kit. I want to see how it fits, yada yada yada.

KB, you might check what you said there. A couple parts of your last sentence look a little confusing. Lol. But thanks for that info!
