Just leaving this information here since i couldn't find a lot when i was fabricating my ic setup with a 34" radiator

I think I have some pictures in my thread when I did my big intercooler with a 34" rad behind the grille on my 99. Only difference is I cut the hood/radiator strut and used the intercooler itself as the bracket to hold down the hood. I also didnt have an AC condensor to worry about. I use 3" on the passenger side and 3.5" on the output side. It is definitely very tight, the 03+ have a ton more room to work with. I had to trim the headlight bulbs so I could turn them away from the pipe instead of pointing towards it.
