Sorry for this slight OT, but curiosity is killing me...

When I installed my RADIX about a year ago, the stock intake manifold gaskets were discarded, and the RADIX i.m. was machined metal, and used individual grey rubber gaskets for each cylinder, and which fit into grooves in the i.m.. Have things changed???

Mine came with the stock style gaskets. They are black molded plastic about .125" thick with silicone rings around the ports.

I am in agreement with your idea since all the passenger side bolts were loose. I should have thought. to go back and retorque them after a heat up and cool down cycle. That is standard practice with aluminum engine parts. I'll stop beating this dead horse and get back with you guys when I get the intake off. They have to quit calling me for overtime so I can work on it. but today it is them that is getting the . It's double time

Default The Nose Support...

...should be dropped after the belt is removed before any bolt torque check.

Well I swapped the gaskets last night. They were the orange silicone gaskets like I thought. There wasn't any sign of failure or leakage though. My stock gaskets were the green so I used them since they only had 1000 miles on them. I had to trim the tabs off to fit on the charger. The green gasket's rubber was much more firm than the orange one's. Well only time will tell if the problem is fixed.

Well it may be too early to tell but I have been driving all day and several stop and start cycles and the problem seems to be gone. Thanks for all of your help!

Good to know....Sounds like the un torqued manifold bolts were to blame!

The blower was torqued properly during initial install. I feel that the softer rubber on the orange gaskets must have lost their ability to seal when it was ran a little and compressed more, realaxed, etc... Thus allowing the torque on the bolts to be incorrect. I will check the torque again in a couple of days to see if the same thing happens again with the green gaskets.
You may have not had much problems out of those gaskets, but there must be a reason GM changed the design.

Ummm^^^^
THere is not a problem with the orange gaskets.....Dont believe everything GM tells you....There are millions of trucks/cars on the road with them now.
GM changed the design to a EPA friendly gasket the greens are like 4 times as much money because they are made of some spaceage **** that is Emission safe.
