Default Cecil County Drag Strip

I will be going to Cecil County Drag way Friday night, I know that it is a short notice but it is close to me. Who would like to go? Just throwing it out there if any one wants to go. The link to the home page is below.

Sorry man, it's too far of a hike for me.

I might go to Mason Dixon in the next few weeks, if you're interested...

I would be up for Mason Dixon again, that is a nice track out in the sticks. Only thing that scared me was that my brakes would fail and I'd go flying into those peoples backyard and blow up the propane tank.

Well I made it there, that is the best part of the storie.

First I did a oil change and I have been putting off replaceing my oil dip stick tube, need less to say it broke in the block, that was around 330, now I have a screw in the hole with teflon tape. It is holding for the time, I will be fixing that on Sunday.

Next I finaly get to the track, and hang out with buddies for a bit then make it to the line. Waited for like a half, I am first in line and I try to start to start the truck, "click click" F%$K S#%t!!!! the battery went dead. Had to drift to the side and try to get a jump from the two truck and that would not work so he towed me off of the track. THAT SUCKED *****!!!! I seen a buddie leaving and had to stop him, he had a ford diesel and he had to jump me and that took like 20 min.

I did not even get a run in I am sooo PISSED that I went threw all of that and did not even get a pass in!
