Glad to hear you may have it all figured out! Cant wait to see what it REALLY puts down after all this is straightened out...
Next time you get a dyno graph, tell the guys to use RPM instead of time lol.

The torque number was the one I took seriously. Its much less affected by the stopped up turbine housing, and the converter was locked. If this actually gets me to full 10psi instead of dropping to 8, I'd be happy

Well, its back on the road. Couple WOT pulls and boost stays right around 10psi, so that was a success, fortunately
Do still have an exhaust leak on the passenger side at the head. All the primaries are leaking at the top because of the turbo wrenching down on the log. Not sure what I want to do about that yet... Maybe get a dead soft gasket and wrench real good on the bolts to make a nice seal.
