Back on topic: Have you considered the meth you were spraying was throwing your AFR off?

 

yeah, but two considreations. 1, I am running only 40% meth. 2, I had it turned down to about 50% on the last run, and it still bottomed out at 10:1

I ordered a wideband today..now I gotta figure out if I want to order the EIO cable for HPT or just go with EFI LIve. Prolly gonna order EFI Live.

You installing injectors this weekend?

I'll probably order EFI Live tomorrow, talked to Jesse at W4M today. Cody, I went in 50/50 with a friend's dad for my HPT copy. I asked my friend to talk to his dad today and ask him if he wants to buy me out of my share of if he wants me to buy him out of his share. If he wants out I'll have my HPT ready to sell, but if he wants to keep it then it's his. I'll let you know as soon as I find out.

FYI, my license is for a 2001 Silverado and a 99 Camaro.

 

Yeah, I'm probably going to put them in this weekend, I'm just worried as to how far off my tune will be. At WOT above 4500rpm, my AFR was around 14.7-15.5:1. Wait....I don't think I'll need to tune anything. HA! I might still need to add fuel. I'll be almost doubling my injector size, so I'm sure part throttle conditions will suffer.

 

Did you get your HPT copy up and running? Sounds like we're both gonna be doing some tuning...at least Kyle is here to help me...
