new dyno numbers!
well here's the dyno sheet from a couple of weeks ago. sorry it took so long ive been busy. but anyway the new numbers are a little better considering these runs were done with the converter unlocked and last time it was locked. the peak numbers werent that much better but the curve was much stronger. at least 15rwhp and 20rwtq better across the board. it was 95degrees and humidity was 40%. i might go back when it gets alot cooler and see what it puts down before i put the radix on, but im not for sure on that. now i just need to get to the track when it cools off. and it looks like it was lean but on that run the cutouts were open and the af guage was in the tailpipe so it wasnt reading correctly, af was at 13.0. also i did a test to see if the cutouts helped any, and here's the results: same exact tune back to back,
cutouts closed: 317rwhp/330rwtq
cutouts open: 324rwhp/340rwtq
but the jawdropping thing is, with the cutouts open it picked up 15-18rwhp and 22-26rwtq across the board! so that answered all my questions on if they really helped or not!
so final numbers last time were 331/330 converter locked
this time 324/340 converter unlocked

Smoothing factor
What Dyno did you use and is the graph not using a smoothing adjustment?
The reason I ask is because a jagged graph could be a sign of a slight engine miss through your powerband (you won't feel it). Could be a simple reduction of the plug gap, if you are running it at the factory gap settings. If it is a dyno graph that has not been smoothed out, or common for the dyno type (rare),then it is probably fine.
Nice numbers, It looks like that cutout kicks butt!
