damn impressive numbers for a 5.3...what’s his compression with the 862 heads milled to 58cc? 4l60e since it was originally 4.8 correct?

I think it is around 10.5 - 10.6 compression. Stock is 10:1 with the 799 heads. It's either a 60 or 65 trans, whatever was stock in a 2013.

Side note, the converter is a street brawler series - the stator isn't too happy right now at this power level. FTI is stand up, said to pull it out and they would fix it for free. Going to go with a better converter, rated to handle more power. And raise the stall speed to 3500-3800. Lowering it a little more, and shorter tires are on the list as well. Has about 32" tall tires now... 275/55-20s

I never could convince him to run it. We pulled heads, cam, and converter last week. Cam and heads will be going on my truck eventually.
