Default Chevy Silverado 2500HD. Built. F1A Procharger. 415 Stroker

This truck started as a stock 6.0 with a D1SC Procharger. Last year I decided to get her built to what it is today. It's a street worthy beast and ready for someone else to enjoy it. Built for reliability and performance. I need the funds to invest in my expanding business at this time. Sad to let it go but I can build another one when the time is right.

Located in Denver, CO

Here's the fun stuff:

>F1A Procharger, custom intercooler, custom pipe work, Forged stroker 415ci ATK short block, cams, new CNC LS3 heads, lifters, valves, double fuel pumps, Holley fuel rails, meth injection, high flow cats, exhaust and everything else necessary to support max power. Will support 800HP+ on pump gas. (see link below for detailed build sheet)

>6" BDS Lift, 18x10 Moto Metal 970 wheels with 305/65/18 Nitto Terra Grappler Tires. Billet torque converter and traction bars.

>54" Curved LED light bar, Pioneer touch screen with navigation and back up camera, custom 10" sub enclosure under the back seat, Clifford alarm, new spray in bed liner, Truxedo bed cover.

>180,000 miles on chassis all highway miles.

>The entire engine assembly, Procharger, fuel system and other supporting mods have approx 4000 miles. Just past its break in period.

>All new fluids in transmission and differentials.

>Tires, wheels and suspension components approx 5000 miles.

Currently 613 whp and 530 ft/lb Torque. Considering 25% loss with the big wheels and drive train losses this engine is putting out 700+ hp at the crank on a conservative tune using 91 pump gas. If you want more power then all you have to do is reduce the pulley size and retune. At it's current power level, I feel it's the best balance of drivability, reliabilty and performance. Very tame when cruising and a monster when you stab it.

The F1A is very efficient to 1100 HP so if you feel the need to get crazy go for it. This is not the general Procharger kit. It is a 12 rib, dedicated drive setup which means the Procharger pulley and belt is directly driven by the crank pulley. My recommendation for those interested in reaching 800whp+ is to increase the intercooler core to 5" and definitely invest in a built transmission. You can change the pulley down one more step and it would be about 700whp. The stock transmission and rear diff will hold just fine at this level but I would suggest to stay under 700whp.

Emissions passed and new registration issued as of Feb.17th 2017. Won't need it again till Feb. 2019

Price: $26,500.

Put on the 18" wheel and tire combo. About 80 pounds lighter per wheel. The tires are flush with the fender flares. Much cleaner look. 305/65/18 Nitto Terra Grapplers G2. She accelerates much better without that extra fat too. Nice day for a wash.

Here's a pic of the truck towing the Chevy Colorado (Mini Duramax) on the way to get the big boy a retune. Colorado weighs in at 4900 pds. Trans temps perfectly normal averaging 200-210 degrees in tow. Excellent performance from the new plate and fin trans cooler with the integrated fan

Well just decided to upgrade the truck a bit more. Added in the Sniper 102mm Intake Manifold along with the proper CBM throttle body adapter that tapers from 92mm to 102mm, also the matching Sniper Fuel rails. During tuning we learned the 3200 stall is no good for the set-up. As you can see in this latest video on the dyno, the stall is too high. That's the torque converter slipping till about 3500 rpm then full locks to 6200 rpm. Not fun. Getting it reset down to a 2400 stall. This should wake her up a bit more on the street. Better towing capability, cooler transmission temps and better daily drivability.

Latest Dyno Vid (bad combo with the 3200 stall. Changing to a 2400 stall) : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B67...ew?usp=sharing

Stall has been adjusted down to 2200-2400 rpm. Man this thing pulls like hell. Going back on the dyno next week.

Finally the break in tune is over with. Every issue resolved guys. Here are the final numbers. 613 whp and 530 ft/lb torque. Gonna leave it alone now.
