not sure maybe someone will chime in. i do have plans down the road to redue my exhaust. its got long tubes but thats about all i think is worth keeping, thinking about going dual 3inch catless to E-cut outs to X-pipe to two 3inch magnaflows with turn downs under the bed.

We built an exhaust on a 5.3l radix truck a few months ago and it worked great. It made 360rwhp with the stock exhaust, and stock air box with out tuning. We switched to China long tubes with our custom built dual 3" exhaust and we made just over 400rwhp through the 20" wheels.

What is your exhaust setup currently? The one you are thinking about above would definitely help out.

I just did not have the time and money to build it how i wanted when i put the long tubes on so i went with this. also i was not aware that i could remove the cats delet the rear o2 sensors and still pass emissions at the time either. Any one have a opinion on how i should set up my exhaust next time around? the only problem i think i may have is that the Long Tubes i have only have a 2.5 inch colector so i wonder if i can even do anything with that. they are Arizona Speed And Marine LT's

The 2.5" collector is ok, 3" bein ideal. Run none, or fake or highflow cats and 3" as soon as you can... Your setup now is more then likely choking you up a little bit.
