here's my graph... prettty much the same as sig except i was running a 3inch 2 chamber flow and 31 inch all terrains! I should have pulled my air box lid it was worth a 1 mph at the track.
I like the cam its a little mushy under 3k but not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. I get 20mpg and it drives great. This is a stock lm7 with a stock truck intake and t/b.
2001... 204/211 .525/.525.. 116

yeah my 1-2 shift is set at 6100 and my 2-3 is 6000 but she starts to nose over by then on the 2-3. So my next trip out to the track im bringing the lap-top. Its no race truck but id like mid 13's.

Why not get a cam that's meant for your heavy turbo'd tahoe instead of a N/A cam in the first place? I've never seen your dyno graph and hardly know your setup besides what's in your sig so I can't make recommendations. I'd start with a cam that's meant for your setup and go from there. Still sounds like your comparing apples to oranges and what you have "read". Gain some more knowledge on how everything effects a package then re-evaluate your setup or pay someone $$$ that knows what they are doing to get it right.

I couldnt agree more. The LS6 cam was designed for a 3100 lb car with a high compression motor. It was also designed with road racing in mind, not peak #'s. They are a cheap way to make some extra in a 5.3 but not always the best.

You are not going to make good power beyond 6k with that turbo and cam combo. That setup should and will make peak power at about 5400rpm. Unless you go to something with a bigger turbine wheel and housing then you will see max power up to 5700-5800 with that cam. From there the truck intake is fine with a bigger cam, making peak power at roughly 6000-6100, just like the Ls1 and LS6 intakes they never peak above 6400 no matter what cam you run.
