Default LQ-4+ Turbo

just finished dynoing one of my customers truck today,
we installed a 10# spring but only peeks 8 then steady at 6
did 460 rwhp 520 rwtq uncorrected on a dynojet...
will post a dyno sheet tomarow
here are some pics of the truck, its an 04 with SS bumper

mods are:
04 lq4 stock longblock
front mount pt67
custom turbo cam
60# injectors
6# boost for now, peeks 8 at midrange though
4l60e, 2600 TB converter
4.11 gears , going to change to 3.42's

those are some pretty nice numbers, that intake pipe is strange looking...

yes it was desingned for a fan shroud

looks like my old kit off my race truck from back in the day.......Wondering whats wrong with it or why it doesnt make any boost and why uncorrected numbers??????

i dont know if the spring is weak already or?? customer had that kit sitting in his garage for about 3 years or so, had to take the wastegate apart because it was stuck so the spring must be weak of just being there...

the uncorrected #'s well, the dyno was setup like that and i did not mess with it afterwards.. its on a dynojet..would of been better on a mustang dyno to get a load on it..

Looks like a clean job! My truck runs about 2~3 PSI below the spring but Im at 7000' elevation. Have you checked it with more than one gauge? What is the KPA?

Nice numbers. I made a hair more with a very similar setup. Do you have a boost controller?
