Yea, my sig is way out of date. Still have the little motor and D1sc, but I've upgraded to a 4303 magnafuel pump, fuel cell, return style regulator, etc. I've also upgraded to an 8-rib pulley set up and it makes about 22-23 psi of boost. Best run to date was at the rgv/houston meet, it went 10.46 @ 126.
Looking at the log, its got some still left in it, which I'm working on fixing right now.....

Not intending to hi-jack......but

I stuck it on the dyno and only got to make 1 decent pull. The first pull I only went to 5000 rpm to make sure the tune looked good. It was ok, so I made some changes and pulled it to 6000. At 6000 rpm it made 700 rwhp and the tune up was still waaayyyy shitty 10.5 afr. On the next pull it fried the 2nd and 3rd gear clutch packs in the tranny. Got the tranny freshened up, but never went back to the dyno. Looking at the dyno graph the line was still moving up at a pretty steep angle. I can only think that it would have made over 800 with a good tune up and pulling it to my shift point of 6900 rpm.
Regarding the mph, I attribute it to a couple of things. One, as someone already stated I've got the 60 lb injectors operating around 140% duty cycle. Which is obviously rediculous. I can make changes to the VE table and afr does nothing. I've literally lost control of the injector. Two, my exhaust actually Y's into the stock 2 7/8" or 3" pipe for about 2 feet before it gets to the 4" transition. I have a feeling that my exhaust just can't flow enough air past a certain rpm/boost level. Three, I'm still running the stock procharger 3-core intercooler, which I think is a little restrictive at this power level. I don't think the intercooler is holding me back as much as the exhaust or injectors, but it can't be helping me either.
My current pulley configuration is a big crank pulley and a small blower pulley
, and I haven't quite figured out how much timing it actually likes
. I'll divulge the full combo when I'm the first D1sc Truck in the 9's w/o NAWZ (with the little motor, btw). Aw'****.....I said it. No turning back now.
