Im a bit skeptical about the numbers since my buddy Closet Red Neck, had every bolt on possible including EWP, LS6 intake, lightweight dennys driveshaft, a 228* cam and WCCH Edelbrock 5.3 heads and he put down mid 390s, but I guess with the way dyno numbers can be tweaked with the correction factor anything is possible. I think we all know dyno numbers in the end dont mean ****, get'er to the track and lets see what she does.

I understand what your saying, the numbers are high... But to flat out call the guy a liar (a couple of posts up) is IMO just wrong... Track numbers count, for example: I put down 316/285 and run a 8.5X at the track, a friend put down 340/330 and runs a 8.5X...

Im not calling him a liar, it just sounds like dyno operator was doing something with correction factor. The DA when he dynoed had to have been in the couple thousand foot NEGATIVE DA to gain over 10 hp with the correction factor off. At 59* ambient, thats pretty much impossible. The only time Ive been in negative DA was at HRP when there was no humidity and it was in the low 40s. Dyno numbers are nice, but the track times will tell the story and with that "small" cam his 1/8th mile times should be nice too. He should trap VERY close to 110 which will tell if he truely is putting down 415 rwhp. Im interested to see what effect the FAST setup has on a small cube motor.

well as far as the track goes well know on the 21st.the downside to these nnbs is the weight factor. mine with out me weighs ib at 4380 or so. thats heavy considering my old 04 weighed in at 3980 on a straight bed. that alone is 400lbs so itll make a difference

ya alot heavier. 2 weeks ago after jim did my shift kit install, I raced an NNBS rcsb that was from jims shop that had bolt ons, cam, and small stall, he put down 360rwhp and we did 2 runs from about 20mph and by 90 he was at most 2 trucks on me..me and parke10 were very surprised on how well i kept up. Jim said that weight slows these trucks down a lot. I wiegh 4280 so yours isnt much heavier than mine..but good luck at track.
