Default Georgia Dyno Locations??

I have been looking like mad to find a site that has some dyno locations, i couldn't find one. I'm trying to look for a dyno/custom tune around the Albany, Ga area. Sorry for not searching but im new to this and would really be thankful for the help.

might try vengeance. They seem to be doing really well over at ls1tech. I think they are right above Atlanta.

I too have been researching dynos in GA.

There is Lamar and Rob Walden in Doraville. They have a nice facility but are heavily into vettes.

Atlanta Chassis Dyno, used to be on Buford hwy but has moved to Covington. They used to be pretty good

Prescribed Power is in Alpharetta, have not heard much about them.

ABC Dyno in Buford, they use Super Chips technology.

I'm sure there are others.

I have considered driving to Texas to get Allen Nelson to tune my truck. I currently have one of his mail order tunes.

Try Walden's, might be a bit expensive, but I believe he will give you the best tune in the area.

Good luck

Tony

If you in the SE part of GA, places to go are Savannah or Jacksonville.

Do any of these shops have a load-bearing dyno? And do they let you do your own tuning session, or is it their tuning only?

I'm gonna need a dyno when tuning my new setup, and a load-bearing dyno would be ideal for my DD that still sometimes hauls loads from 500-3000lb.

ST-Performance has a load bearing dyno but I think its their tuning. They have the stuff there for OBD-II but I don't know if you can do it yourself.

SGC(South Georgia Corvette) in Thomasville, GA does dyno tuning. Ask for Aaron 229-226-4447. Tell him Stephen sent you.

Extreme Motorsports (Formerly Augusta Customs) in Augusta GA has a Dynojet. They offer SCT / Diablo / Superchips tuning or you can rent by the hour and do your own with wideband O2.
