my exhaust is stock manifold and y pipe to a 4" pipe with 4" magnaflow. before any body start in on this we put the exhaust on because my turbo is to be installed and and i didn't want to do an exhaust twice. besides that it won't be "too big" when its on the dyno any way.
I would bet you money that you will pick up between 35-50 rwhp with the right set of headers I dynod 277 with stock exhaust and flowmaster muffler after my h/c swap. When I redid the exhaust it was like night and day, yours is the same.

Ive dealt with that issue on the tuning, the best thing to do is to put the stock Ve table in and retune in SD. Then reenable the maf and your numbers will line up. Make sure to reset trims everytime you change and the ve or maf tables. Also do you have any lt trims at wot currently?

Stock LS1 F-bods dyno between 280-315rwhp as a norm with few being higher or lower. Not counting SLP/ASCD optioned cars.

well i got it to lean out finally i reset the fuels trims and put a stock 6.0 maf table and set the pe to 1.131 and it was dead on 890mv. it didn't feel like a dog on the 2-3 shift either. just kept pulling. felt alot stronger for sure. i guess i just need to get the turbo on.

With my old setup (98' LS1 w/ TR220) I dyno'd almost exactly the same. I sure LTs would have bumped those numbers up by a decent amount.

just my 2cents, I am with o2, and I see that is working for ya, but I wouldn't go any FI route until you are 100% happy with that motor. Oil on the plugs isn't good. No reason to go through a **** load of work to have to go back in there. I bet you have 300 now with the cleaning of the ve table and ESPECIALLY the MAF.

i'm gonna check the valve seals out and all. i haven't checked the plugs lately. i might try that to and do another compression check. and maybe a leak down i guess.

Your 1/4 numbers seem to show you are not making good power either. I went 15.1 with just a Nelson tune, dual exhaust, ebay intake and a TCI 3K stall. You have more cubes, less miles and a cam on me so...

i don't know how many miles are on this eng. i'm guessing it was a dealer pull out because of all the piston slap it has. video how much of your dual exhaust was stock. mine may not be breathing as well as it needs to be with stock 4.8 y pipe and manifolds. and i need to redo my home made intake. i think it is sufficating it.

I don't mean to hijack but is 235 rwhp and 297rwtq good numbers for a stock lq4 6.0 with headers and a 4l80e and the converter was unlocked if it makes a differance.
