Default Cammed and smiling

I had a previous thread up a week or two ago regarding which cam to get for my specific needs. Either way I ended up with the tsp220/220. I have a 00ecsb. It dynod 257/296 without the cam. I had circle d 3k converter, long tubes, cold air, true dual borlas no cats, e fans, dyno tune. Installed the cam and tuned the truck today and it put down 316/315! I was really pleased with the down low torque gains and hp all the way across the board. I will post a picture of my dyno sheet and a sound clip by tomorrow. The tune was done at mayhem motorsports in raleigh nc. Very pleased!! Truck moves pretty good for having 22's on it. All numbers are SAE corrected. Today uncorrected it made 323whp

Awesome, thats a pretty good gain man. Cool to hear you got a bottom end increase as well with that cam. Do you have a converter?

Yeah, doh! Completely forgot to include that. Both dyno's were with a circle d 3k converter!

I moved this to the Dyno section, awesome numbers man. So the before and after all that was changed was the cam and tune? Looks like the TQ stayed over 300 from 3500-5400, thats nice for a NA 5.3

Do you have the before dyno chart? Just curious to compare the lower RPM TQ numbers.
