Default All 5.3l with cam/bolt ons come in

Ok well i'm trying to pick a cam for the 5.3l in the rcsb i bought. I know i could run a 220/220 or whatever but i'm wanting to see some dyno charts from guys with differant cams. If ya got a 220/220 in a 5.3 please post it up as i'd like to compare the results from the differant cams/setups.

As for the truck the cam will be goin in it's a 00" rcsb stepside with of course the 5.3l it has e-fans,cai,underdrive pulley, pacesetter lt's, hooker ac,cutout,tb bypass,160 stat and a 02pcm upgrade.
It has a eaton aftermarket in the back with GM 4.10's as well and i will be running a 3600 stall in it.
So lets see some charts and cams!!!!!!!!!!!

These are the graghs from when I was NA with a 224/224 578" 114 lsa
The first graph is 0* and the second is 4* advance.
In a lighter truck with 4.10's and a stall as high as yours I think this cam would ROCK!

My mods when these were done was shorty headers, intake and cat-back.

Ok so on the 4 degree advance...by this you mean you just added 4 degrees of timing?
On the first dyno sheet how was this done? Before tune and then a after tune? Those are some strong numbers for mods. Whose cam is that? comp crane etc etc?

Not bad, great gain from a cam alone. Whose cam is it?

I'll have to scan in the graph, but my 5.3 with bolt ons and a VHP 210/218, .551/.551, 112 did 310 hp and 322 lb-ft on a dynojet.
