Default 5.7 (L31) dyno results; NEED INPUT, new to FI

I have a P-1SC on my Tahoe which produces 8#'s of boost.

As you can see in the beginning I had some fueling issues with it being extremely rich & washing me out around 4600 to redline.

A few parts later, adjustments, & more dyno tuning seemed to have corrected my initial problem. The torque curve has flattened out with the AFR adjustments & boost is kicking in a bit sooner.

Questions:
1. How much powertrain loss from the crank to the rear wheels is expected?
(I hear average is 20% but 4wd is 24%??? How do you factor in lift & different wheel/tire combos? 30% maybe?)

2. What mods to my 4L60E would be recommended?
(After seeing the numbers it doesn't look like it will toast the tranny over night. Although this can be hit or miss.)

3. What recommendations on a custom tune? I am scheduled for one in a few weeks and would like to know what others are doing to wake their truck up.

Thanks in advance for all input.

I've had good luck with my Level 4 FLT 4l60E. I dynoed 330rwhp and 450rwtq before the intercooler and smaller pulley. The L31 is still stock internally (stock cam, heads springs, bolts, etc) and still running stock fuel pump.

Who is doing your tuning? Also what kind of tuning was done in the above dyno pulls?

Justin at Blackbear Performance will be doing the tune.

For the dyno pulls, basically everything was stock. As suggested by ProCharger I put everything back to stock. The only changes were for the speedo, gears, & higher speed limiter.

Is this going to be an in person tune or mail order? Regardless, Justin should have it running much better than it is now. Tuning will make a world of a difference. Post up the results after the tune.

This will be an in person tune. Fortunately, he is making his way through my area again. I had missed him back in Feb, but regardless my Tahoe's mods were not completed yet.
