I would be interested in seeing the graph for the hot cam.

the torque on the hotcam is horrible. There must have been a MASSIVE difference in driving feel between the 2 cams

The hot cam is a piece of crap.. it really is...

I really like to look at torque numbers with these bricks we call trucks..

Torque gets you moving.. Hp help's it stay there..

I will say this.. with the hot pile.. from a staying stop and when you punched it.. the convert would flash and no tire spin..

Now.. with the 220.. hit it from a stop and the 20's are begging you to stop!

Thunder Racing Custom Camshaft
"TR 220-112" - 220/220 .551/.551 112 LSA 1500-6500 RPM Power Band. Computer Tuning Required with automatic transmission cars. A very well balanced camshaft that makes excellent power across the entire RPM range. Due to the fast ramp rate of this camshaft, the use of 1.8 rockers is not recommended.

Ive noticed a HUGE difference in HP and torque across the board with the TR220 in my ECSB 4X4 from off the line with stock converter however I have long tubes/no cats. Having stock manifolds may choke this cam off...

No.. it will need a stall... and to get the full benefit with any internal combustion engine..

get it in.. get it out... need headers to be effective.

Torque? Im going with the old man cam in my z71.. makes great torque and will be running 4.56 gears.. I have 32 tall tires with the stock 3.73 gears.. talk about killing my gear!

I also have 32.6x 12 with stock 373 let us know how much it helps! I was thinking about doing the same!
