My friends trans is on it's way out, anyone know what shop these ford guys use to get a beefy rebuilt trans?

I can build them for you. It would require you sending me the unit as I do not stock these cores. The last shop that I worked for we did all of the different manufacturers and the fords were one of them. Feel free to give us a call if you are interested. Vince

 

My 2000 f150 4x4 trans is going out too. How expensive are they to rebuild? 170k on the clock.
