Default work truck finally went to the 1/4

and the truck fought me the entire weekend! Ended up replacing 5 plug wires and changed a set of spark plugs in a parking lot. And still had issues once I got to the track. Pretty sure my fuel pumps are maxed out and was going lean (but meth kept it from detonating most likely). Drove it ~3 hours there, goofed around for 2 days and drove it 3 hours home with the only damage being some burned wires.

Best time ended up being a 10.4@129 with a 1.616 60'. 1/8th was 6.69@107.

This was my first time at a 1/4 and it was a lot of fun....and actually probably the longest time ive been at WOT

Good deal man, based on your 1/8 it obviously has more in it. I didnt realize that was your first trip to the 1/4.

1/8th was about 2-3 tenths off from my usual, and 60' was about .1-.15 slower than I usually have. I tried a lower 2step setting last night, so maybe I need to raise it some. The biggest thing right now is getting my walbro 400s in the bucket so I can see whats going on there. 1/8th tracks are much more forgiving than 1/4s thats for sure.

The 1/4 really puts everything to the test.

Had a blast! Even though the truck wasn't to full potential and the logs looked fine, it still ran like a rapped ape on the street
