Well the A/C would only cost you a little time and probably under $100 if you didn't remove the parts. The shoes could have cost $25-$500 depending on style and how many.

so imo this is what a racecar/truck is to me , who would agree or whats your opinion on when a vehicle is no longer a street car and considered a racecar.

so just because you have a cage doesn't mean its a race car I can agree on this BUT when it is combined with more then 2 of these IMO I would consider it to be a race car - being tubbed ,gutted ,sheet metaled up, basically not a single piece of original interior, none of the original gauges ,race seats /5 point harnesses , drag race shifter , drag racing electronics , lexan glass, wheelie bars ,fuel shut off switch, full slicks (non dot) I think its safe to say you have a race car IMO what do you guys think?

Pretty much nothing on your list has any effect on how streetable something is. I agree with lexan, being COMPLETELY gutted, and non-dot tires but that's it. Wheelie bars don't do anything when you're driving on the street. Being tubbed gets rid of the back seat, big deal. Mini-tubbing doesn't even lose the seat. No original gauges? Really? Why does that matter? Race seats? Nope, car still drives just fine. Drag racing electronics? Lol, what does that even mean? No. Drag race shifter? You mean a lever that changes gears? How does that effect anything?
