That looks to be a radial. I have never seen anyone blaze any bias tire like that, slick or DOT.

There is a first for everything but if my assumption is correct this should be filed under "Bias are ideal for trucks".

I don't remember the brand or offset but will look for my receipt. What I can tell you is they stick out a little past the fender.

whats the widest you can go on a stock 16? 10.50? 11.50? i want 28s but dont know if they will be too wide for a stock 16? Sorry, not tying to jack the thread im just in the same boat as the OP. the hoosier 28x10s sound nice though

I am running the 28x11.5-16 on my stock wheels. They aren't putting all the rubber on the pavement but they were dead hooking on the street.

They fit on the wheel and they tuck if you are lowered but isn't ideal.

29.5 * 10.5 * 15 on a 15 x 8.5 Mt drags .. .pretty happy with them...
