Default What does my truck run stock in the 1/4?

I have a 2001 silverado ext cab 2 wheel drive with the 5.3, and the 4l60e trans. the curb wieght of the truck is6200 lbs.

so in your opinion, with just a 100 shot of spray, do you think that it safe to estimate high 14's, or is that too low?

I would bet a 100 shot does better than a high 14. What gears? Posi? Traction problems?

Traction willnot be an issue, I have the stock rear with limited slip. I am not sure of the rato though. I believe that it is in the 3.30 range, or close to that.

6200 is your gross vehicle weight. your curb weight is like 4800. my GVW is 6400 and the truck with no gas and no tailgate weighs 4750 by itself. other than a flowmaster and intake i ran a 16.2 with a stock 99 tune. you should run like a 15.9.

yeah man, you're nt close to 6200lbs. Like rumble said, our ecsb 4x4 Z71s are coming well under 5,000

the gross vehicle weight includes full of passengers, gas and a full bed. curb weight is what it weighs by itself.
