Transbrakes and pro trees are an *** kicker for sure. Something I did to make mine more stable and quicker to take set at the tree. I installed a line lock on each front wheel right where the flex hose attaches to the steel line (the only way I could see to get around the abs system). I wired them to lock with the transbrake. This way I build up some rpms against the footbrake and creep into the last beam ad then hit the transbrake. It made a big difference with mine. This should allow you to build some boost before you get in the last beam.

Once you lift a head it will continue to get worse with time. If you are not running the 2000 series studs get em and torque to 90lbs. The least you should do is retorque the ones you have.
