Tune only 6.2 CCSB 4x4 times?

I'm just curious what these NNBS CCSB 4x4 6.2 trucks are running for times with tune only, no other mods. We've got one here running consistent 14.1's, and he really wants to break into the 13's without spending big money.

Thanks for posting that Roger, I will have to upload some of the on board video I took while there.
The truck is pretty much stock. It has a drop in K&N, a performance muffler from a local shop (think they said it was a Vortec)?? and a custom tune by Roger using HP Tuners.
Headers and a wide band sensor are next on the list, I know I can get into 13's and it's driving me nuts.
I should be able to make one more track day before going back to work and plan to pull anything that I can get my hands on that is adding weight to see if I can shave a few 10ths off my time.
