Question track times

Any guesses on what the truck will run after the following mods??: 1) Volant Ram Air Intake kit with cold air box 2) High-Performance 2800 stall torque converter from Fuddle Racing 3)the existing exhaust (see signature) and 4) transmission cooler from Tru-Cool

4.10 gears, posi, tuned PCM, I would go with a 3000 stall, with a stall you will need a shift kit, and that should crack you into the high 14's.

Firms up the shifts makes the transmission last longer increases line pressure doesnt let the lcutches slip as much I could go on and on. No you dont have to have one but it is highly recommended for performance driving. You want the transgo hd-2 kit its the best and most complete. Is it a ec or rc truck? If its ec then its going to take a bit more to get it in the 14s but with your current setup with a tune and traction you would be in the high 14s IMO. Then get gears get rid of the flowmasters cause they are very restrictive compared to the high performance mufflers. Then add a little spray and you should be in the high 13s.

do you have a link to a site where I can get the transgo shift kit? Thanks! Also, I apologize, but what is rc/ec?
