Needs MOAR power off the line. No spin or anything. There is more left in the 60' in the tune, but the Yank 2800 is possibly slightly too tight as the truck sits. Maybe as we tune more it will stretch it further. With a procharger even a couple hundred RPM means a lot more power as you also build boost. We'll see...
I tune with HPT. Are you saying that when the truck hits the rev limit as programmed at 75mph I should increase the speed to get it to shift earlier? That doesn't make any sense to me? He hits 3rd at about 85-90 at that RPM.

Rob, I believe he's saying to lower the MPH so that the PCM has that parameter satisfied sooner and it will shift closer to the desired RPM.
On stuff I used to tune strictly for the track I'd zero out the MPH or set it really low on the WOT shifts, like 5MPH, That way you only have to manipulate the RPM value to make it shift where you want. Some vehicles liked it this way, others would do some crazy **** lol. My trucks were all tuned this way.

Mines odd like that also, if the MPH is really low then it wont hit the target RPM. If the MPH is high then it goes of the MPH. I have to keep the MPH close in order for it to hit the RPM, as long as it is then it will shift within 50rpm or so of commanded. If I set shift MPH way low it will shift really early.

another option to help bring in power sooner is to pulley up some...youll bring in power sooner and have more average power then at higher rpms it will drop some
seems to work really well for my p1sc, if he has meth it should help with the cooling from being spun harder

Yeah mine is similar to 03sierraslt(I have to have my rpm and mph close)but if I remember correctly mine would shift at a higher rpm than what I commanded if my mph was to low. So by looking at a scan I see what mph correlates to my wot shift rpm and set my wot shift table 4 mph lower so it shifts at my desired rpm. So mph is met first then then it shifts at commanded rpm. This is efilive.

The weight still doesn't add up. Assuming 'ready to run' is truck only without driver, that's pulling 425lbs out of the truck. What you have listed would be ~250# at most. I'm not trying to be argumentative, just curious as I would love for mine to be that light. My truck scaled 4410 at the track with slicks, exhaust from y back removed and ~1/2 tank of gas. I presume the Procharger setup is a bit lighter than the Kenne Bell but that seem light even for a N/A setup with an aluminum block.
