Well I went racing this last friday and the local track was giving time slips. (about damn time!). I made lots of passes and the truck was running good. I still have a bit of tunning to do but I was happy.
Best run was a 13.16 @ 113 mph, G-tec showed a 12.8 at 108 (I think, I will have to recheck the g-tec.) But the g-tec also showed a 1.8 60'
Now about that mph, I don't think it is right. My HPTuners log only shows me hitting 110
Also the right lane was not giving mph, o and this was all done in 1980.
WE NEED A REAL TRACK!
(that is not more than a hour away)
I had a great time, I ran into alot of people from LS1 Tech and PT.net. and best of all I didn't brake ANYTHING
for the non-believers.

Great Times Wilde !! How much boost are you building off the line? Any tips on launch? I too went to the track Friday night and my best was a 13.6 @ 101.8 MPH. @ 8 PSI. it was my first trip to the track, i need a lot of practice, lots to watch and do while staging. I need a routine and am going to raise boost to 10 psi. My truck wanted to keep pulling through the line but its time to stop.

Good job for the 1st time out. Street tires, spinning off the line, 60' time, hpw much boost are you leaving with, more info. Even if you are only trapping 110 if you can get out of the hole better you could see low 12s.

Thanks everyone!
Looking over my log I was at 167 kPa when I released my brakes, my air fuel ratio was at 10:1 (wow) RPM's were 3500 and Air intake temp was 117 deg <-(another wow)
After I hit about 22 mph the Air fuel goes to 11.05:1 then at then stays around 11.78 :1. I was running 12 deg advance with no KR what so ever. Boost stayed around 168 ish the hole run so I was a little low on boost. 12 PSI is about 175 kPa up here. IAT temp was 130 at the end of the track. I love meth and the charge air cooler!
I'm going to fix up my air fuel and try not to let the engine get heat soaked and see if I can't run a 12. that would be way cool up at this elevation.

TimZ I think the hardest part is trying to build as much boost at the light with-out rolling through them as posable. and timming it so you don't sit at a green light or have to let off before it turns green.
