Default sooo close....

I tried breaking into the 13's but couldn't. I need gears for sure

LQ4
80e
799 heads "stock"
Comp 212/218 "low lift" cam
HD-2 shift kit
LPP LT's w/ORY
stock catback but w/a Magnaflow muffler
27x10x15 Hoosier slick
stock 3.73 gears
tuned by my brother RED04REGENCYRST

I've got an issue w/the 2-3 shift hanging up. It'll shoot up to 5800 then drop to 5400 @85mph then shift I dropped the shift RPM to 5600 and it was so so

Nice run! Gears or a stall and you will have no problem getting 13's.

I have to work on the trans tune setup, I think the delays were hurting me for sure. No doubt those would get me further in

4.56s all the way with that 80e, thats what I got and I still go 53mph in first gear at 7000.

Yeah its kind of a killer that the 80 also has a .75 od so the rpm runs even higher down the hiway, but damm that first gear takes forever..

There is an RV gear set for the 80e, gives you a shorter 1st gear. But it's north of $800 last I heard.

Change your shift points up to 63-6500ish IMO. That should drop you at least .1
