Being that our local track just changed hands and the new owners called in someone to super-prep the track for their first real street/275 race and there was a cold front passing thru, I took the truck out for some TNT Friday night. The track was sticking like glue so each pass I was trying to add in some more power to bring the 60' down. Even though I didn't get the 6 second pass I was striving for I did break a 1.5 short time and 100mph. I still have some bugs to work out. Trans was sliding pretty bad on the 1-2 shift regardless of the additional pressure I was dialing in the tune. Fuel pumps are maxed out as fuel pressure was dropping in the upper rpms.

I think it is false. It was on the 1-2 and 2-3 on all three passes. My pass header is really close to the frame and touches when the engine rocks back on decel. Also need to check the motor mounts as i feel more vibration at idle recently.

They would have been close. It felt good shifting into 3rd.

It's kind of crazy how much tighter it is than my yank '2800'. What I have is working for me... but it is definitely on the loose side.
I'm amazed how much timing you can get away with on pump 93.
