I'm interested in hearing some times from the big boys, the crew cabs and ext cabs? How much do you weigh, how much power do you make and what's your best time? I'm building a boosted 5.3 in a ccsb Sierra, so interested in what's working for people.

 

I went 12.0s with my truck. Its a ext cab 4x4 with 3.08 gears, stock converter, stock 6l80, on 22s full weight leaving it on the whole time I was at the track. Fig I weigh in at 5500? I have full leather interior iron block and all the 4wd stuff so I imagine its up there. Made 564hp if I remember right.

Lot of nice runs their man! I'm real interested in seeing where I'll be...guess I should just get the thing together and go and find out first hand, lol.

 

first time i hit the track last week i was very disappointed, first time iv beat on it since the 80e swap. i know it robs power but i can even get a power brake(never was a problem with the 60e), stalls up real rich to about 2100rpm and thats it. need to work on the tune i guess although it does run good up top. went 9.2 at 84mph in the 1/8th, at around 460hp single turbo on 295/45/r20

 

2000 ext cab 2wd 10.64 @ 128mph weighing 4400 with me and made 681rwhp

 

Info in my sig, times at a .2 slow track so I should get some 11.8's this fall at different track.

 

My old blue truck was 575/640 at the wheels, 2001 ECSB 4wd, probably 5500 lbs, best run 11.27@120. Turbo 408, 14 psi with a GT4202R, 4L80E, Hughes towing converter.

4x4 ecsb with 175k mile 5.3, efans, cai, catback, 93 tune on 265/60-18s ran 9.85 @ 71.6 1/8mile in 4WD.

Truck weighed 5560 lbs and ran 8.30 at 87mph in the 8th on stock 17" wheels with drag radials, and 8.7s on 20's and street tires.
