Rear mount set up times.
#1
I decided to run my truck at the track for the heck of it even though it still doesn't have a locked rear end or drag tires....
The truck has 3.42 gears, 4l80e with stock converter, LQ9 6.0l, 212/218 comp cam, and a rear mount turbo set up, no intercooler and running on e85. It weighed in at 4950 with me in it at the track.
First run was 4.5 psi 13* timing
60' 2.334
1/8 9.080 @ 85.16
1/4 13.638 @ 107.40
Last run with 5psi and 18* of timing
60' 2.252
1/8 8.742 @ 87.49
1/4 13.17 @ 110.14 mph
Kind of hard to launch on a peg leg, LOL. Next time back it will have traction and be running around 10psi or so.

Put slicks on it and crank up the boost. I went 11.35 at 118 with a 370, no IC at 12 psi and 12 degrees of timing Set up was nearly identical to yours. Damn that was about 6-7 years ago.

Its a regular cab long box truck. I ran it with a full 34 gallons of e85, even put some extra weight in it to help with traction. I should be able to take out 300-400lbs for next time with slicks.
I'm not sure if it will need a stall ? With negative timing it will foot brake 5 lbs on the stock converter.
