That's awesome. Those trucks have a reputation for being slow in stock/mild form, but yours hauls a$$. Is it still a 454 or is it stroked?

it's funny because I've built 3 454's w/ 10to1 comp. 396 heads good intake and carb,stall and headers and they all run about 13.0 on motor.this truck I bought all together for **** money and it's basicly the same setup and it blows them away.12.2's on motor and 11.0 on spray go figure.I wish I could take credit for it but the only thing I realy did was take a 1050 holley dom. off and put a 850 demon on.it went from 12.60's to 12.20's.I was told it's the stock bottom end.over the weekend I replaced my fuel reg. because the truck was slowing down and missing from 2nd on.I was loosing fuel pressure.it's fixed now and feels good again.pretty hot out there to get any good numbers so I don't see that 10.90 pass coming for awile.

nice truck! i love the fact you are building it right man. most ppl just throw a flowmaster on and some 24s and call it a day but yours is sweet!

Great run man! Send me a PM next time you are going to island. I usually go with a group of trucks anyway. Did they give you a hard time after breaking the 11.50's? It seems to be hit or miss on when they will crack down.

Next time I will be at Island will be on their annivers. weekend in Aug (13th I think).

I've watched you and your buds run in the past.good running truck for sure.I went last night but I knew I should have past.they didn't prep very much knowing it was going to rain but the wife wasn't home so what the %^&* I made one pass and spun so hard I needed to counter steer to keep it straight 11.60@114 w/1.71 60' and then it came down pouring.one more thing to deal with my wipers don't work.so the ride home was pretty hairy.they told me to get a cage.
