My 63 fleet side started out at 3,900 with a forged ls1 and 4l80E swap. I just weighed it with half tank fill n20 bottle and it is down to 3,120 with me in it.

2001 RCSB 4.8/60E, PW, pwr locks, cruise, pwr mirrors, power seats with console, 18X8 front - 18X9.5 rear wheels, 3/8 tank, and 170# driver = 4640 lbs. (4470 without driver)

Will be swapping to a step side bed and changing the engine and transmission to an LQ4/80E this winter. I'm curious to see how much weight it gains.

I'd kill to get to 3600lbs without having to do a tube chassis.
I have an '04. What did you do for weight loss. I haven't weighed mine yet but will this weekend. Currently roll pan, no spare/mount/jack/tools. WT model with power windows/locks/mirrors only.
