man your disapoiting me, my next mod was going to be a 370 shortblock, use a different cam, with same heads/intake.

a 408, i think should run deep into the 11's n/a. i'd say his numbers should be legit for his setup. small stall, high gears. his mph seems ok too, most 408's down here run that mph as well.

also thats 3500 with labor, labor includes pulling and installing new motor. some charge 800-1500 just to do that
The LS-X that I'm plannin on building will be over 430 CI. The 4500 does not include fuel, or intake. EVERYTHING else you listed will be in the quote. Kinda helps when you have an engine builder that is also the best man in your wedding. Also, I'm doing the swap. I take it out, I put it in. But your right, his 3500 for everything aint happening. But as soon as I post up pics of the LS-X completed, I'll be sure to post up a copy of the parts/price list for ya.

i carried the old motor to him to pull the cam, push rods, and 918s out I bought a block for $400 cousin owns a shop so no charge for motor swap and he cut me a deal on parts from him at wholesale and $120 for boring and he put it togather for the old 4.8 the old 6.0 slung part of the piston through the block so think what you want all your doing is making an *** out of your self if you dont believe it come to south ga and see for ya self

you should have looked around you can buy a texas speed 402 stroker shortblock for $3600 and a lme 408 short block for $3800 and the mods posted at bottem was on the truck when bought so didn't buy and most bolts came out of old block and the story hasn't changed just cause i didn't post everything dont mean i dont have if you read from front to back you would have saw it and just cause i didnt post right away didnt mean i was bluffing i work 12 hours a day it hard to get on here in the evenings cause i play with and have to get my little girl ready for bed

last september i met 02white6.0 in gulfport to get the truck after i got home the piston dropped and slug part of it throught the block and the rod beat the whole back of the motor out. they sent me the stock 4.8 even though he didnt have to i bought it as is that helped me out big time it was greatly appreciated so we put it in. we have been working on this thing off and on since and we finally put it in about a month ago thinks for all your comments

post the damm timeslip already!!!!!! and what you stated i dont need to come down to GA to see a fake. post up slip thats all ti takes. its friday you said you would have th slip by now....now question do you?

also cheap motors have cheap parts in them...my rotating cost what it did.

just post up your slip and dont change your story to much
