those are awesome times, considering that no one has been able to break 11's, on a 6.0, but yours is bored so that makes a difference.... and damn I cant believe you are still on 3.42 gears!! and yes low 11's shouldnt be a problem..

You must've done a lot of weight reduction, because there are guys with VERY similar setups as yours that are almost an entire second slower.

I was comparing it to people with H/C 6.0's 224ish cams, because there's only like 6ci difference between the two. Unless this guy has some sort of crazy high CR. Also look over on ls1tech.com, there are guys running those times with similar setups, but their cars weigh ~3500lbs. Hence, the second difference...~1000lbs.
