Yeah no spraying for me under 3000. I kinda need to try and save my warranty for a little bit, and GM requires with internal engine and trans repairs that we connect vehicles to check programming,- non supported GM tune= warranty block so I cant take the chance right now of blowing it up. Next on my list is cam/lifters/pushrods/rockers, Converter and some decent tires

Good thing you're not doin anything that could add power.
FWIW, on my 1st few tries back at track in a few yrs., & yes I know I'm 2wd, I ran 15 flat. I know I spin more than 2', & I run a 2.27-2.28 60'. You've got a second on me w/. a better gear too.

I'd do a converter first before any other mod... Call Circle-D and get his 278mm 3200 stall and you'll be able to spray it out of the hole and in 4wd you'd be suprised how quickly your 60fts drop... You should be able to get deep in the low 1.9s I'd say with some weight reduction.
