might go to the track this week, need input

I might be going Wednesday night if it is a good night out to run. I went a couple weeks ago, and hadn't done much WOT tuning at all. I ran a 13.4 @ 101 with a 2.0 60'. I took out some fuel and added 2 degrees of timing, and ran 13.0 @ 105 with a 1.96 60'. I didn't intend to leave the line hard, I wanted to work on the tune up top, so that is why my 60' is so bad. I barely warmed the tires up, and left the line real soft. I added another 2 degrees of timing, and someone put oil down the whole track, so I was done for the evening. My AFR is right around 11.4 now, and have added a few more degrees (I'm around 26 now) without any KR. I also have since raised my shift points up, as my truck should make power up to 7k (I'm shifting out of 1st @ 6800). Last time I went I had 3/4 tank, my tonneau was on, and about 40 lbs of stuff in the cab. I am running 275/55/20 tires at stock pressure. In the near future I plan on getting Caltracs's. Does anyone have any suggestions for the next time out?

Yeah, I am running a lot of meth, and it is pulling hard. I know 26 is pushing it, but it is running so darn good. I really want to get it on a dyno to see if it is helping with that much advancement.
Fortplainman, I'm still on for the 10th, it should be a good time. I can't wait to get a half way decent run out of this thing. It is sort of funny I haven't gotten into the 12's yet, and this truck should be capable of 11's I would think. I need to get it to hook, it breaks them loose on the street at 40.

My truck weighed about 5000 when I went down the track, and I got it to 4820 after removing the tonneau. It also has 275/55/20 on all 4 corners, and I haven't changed the pressure in them yet. I barely warmed the tires up (i don't like getting street tires too hot, just mainly clean them off), and was only able to get a 1.96 60' time. I'm gonna find out next time I go to the track if the tonneau hurt or helped me. I have also since bumped my shift points up. It was shifting at 6000, and now I am shifting out of first at 6800. I would think this combo should pull all the way up to 7000. I do plan on dropping the air pressure in my rears, and maybe increasing it in the fronts. Any advice would be helpful.

If you bring the truck to me, I'll help you get it running right.
You really should get your own tuning software. Just datalogging your runs & emailing the files to a good tuner will help you(as a start), until you are tuning it yourself.
Is your truck 2WD or 4WD? I'm assuming you have a 6.0 in there.
